Meet the Executive
Director - Dean Michael Herron
Dean co-founded Ilexus to build a high performing consulting company based on professional mastery, agility and innovation. He is passionate about delivering timely, quality capability and achieving the best possible value for money for clients. He enjoys working with networks of strategic partners to deliver long-term value.
Dean has worked in a range of industries and environments including large, complex organisations, acquisition and sustainment roles, high reliability / critical systems and operations and support. He is a veteran Air Force officer and holds, among other qualifications, a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Systems Engineering and Advanced Diploma of Program Management.
Dean is highly approachable and encourages direct contact. He believes it is important to both leverage individual strengths and challenge personnel to continually improve. He is an avid father of three and, when time allows, greatly enjoys making the most of living on the South Coast, NSW.
Principal - Blake Matthew Herron
Blake, alongside his brother, co-founded Ilexus, driven by a desire to lead in business development, leveraging his extensive experience in Defence and government roles. As a creative thinker, Blake is instrumental in steering Ilexus' growth.
Blake's expertise lies in Integrated Product Support (Integrated Logistics Support) and data management, with notable strengths in management systems. A veteran of the Royal Australian Navy, he holds, among other qualifications, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration, and is a certified lead auditor in Supply Chain quality control.
Balancing professional and personal life, Blake is a family man committed to promoting workforce flexibility at Ilexus.
Together Dean and Blake aim to achieve impactful company growth and differentiation. Their experience, forward-thinking, and commitment to excellence set the stage for Ilexus to emerge as a leader in its field.
